Carolina Digital Order Terms & Conditions
By selecting "I agree with the Carolina Digital Terms and Conditions" and selecting "save order", you are agreeing in full to the below Terms and Conditions and are authorizing the selected method of payment including but not limited to Credit Card, Wire Transfer, Terms, or Lease. Buyer agrees to review these Terms and Conditions prior to making any purchase, and any purchased good or service shall be deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Please be aware that orders placed for "Special Order Items or Services" and/or "NonInventory Items or Services", as defined by Carolina Digital, may be nonrefundable/non-returnable for any reason other than manufacturer’s defect once order has been finalized and submitted to Carolina Digital by Buyer. Whether or not a manufacturer’s defect exists will be determined jointly by the technical departments of Carolina Digital and the appropriate manufacturer.
Carolina Digital represents and warrants to customer that: (i) Carolina Digital has the authority to enter into this Agreement, it has good and marketable title to all products, and authority to sell the products to customer, free and clear of all liens, charges, encumbrances, or other restrictions; (ii) the person(s) signing this Agreement on behalf of Carolina Digital are authorized to sign; (iii) the products shall be of good quality, free from defects in design, material and workmanship and conform to the samples furnished to customer, if any, and all descriptions and specifications; and (iv) Carolina Digital will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in performing its obligations under this Agreement, including but not limited to laws and regulations pertaining to the design, manufacture, packaging, labeling, and, if applicable, importation of the products into the United States. Distributor also warrants that it will not violate or infringe upon any patent, copyright, trade secret or other property or contract right of any other person.
Ownership of all products transfers to purchasing party upon receipt of the products at the destination of the shipment selected by the purchasing party. At that time all liabilities for the product(s) are the responsibility of the purchaser including product damages found after accepting goods, local and state taxes.
All returned products must have a Carolina Digital return authorization (RMA) number to be accepted by Carolina Digital. RMA request for repair or replacement must follow the published RMA guidelines in exhibit B. customer shall have the right to return for full credit any products that are (i) returned to Distributor within 30 days of customer’s receipt, so long as said products are in the same new, unopened condition as when they were received by customer.
The customer is responsible for direct technical support to the End User. This support includes but is not limited to installation support, configuration support, application setup and basic troubleshooting of all Carolina Digital distributed products.
One year of Technical Support to the customer is included with each system purchased. This includes one year of free telephone support during the normal business hours of 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. EST, one year of e-mail support, and unlimited access to Carolina Digital Internet Support Net for one year. Emergency Support after normal business hours is also available for one year, once the system has been installed/configured and has been operational. Emergency support is available only if the system becomes inoperative or severely compromised after installation has occurred and the unit has been previously operational. Inactive customers can purchase technical support for a fee. This fee does not qualify as a system purchase, and does not change the customer status. If applicable, the contents in this terms and conditions agreement supersede all other agreements between purchasing party and Carolina Digital.
